Professor Ioannis Vlahavas, (School of Informatics of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki), was selected by the European Association for Artificial Intelligence as a new EurAI Fellow, after a unanimous nomination from the Board of the Hellenic Artificial Intelligence Society. This is one of the greatest European distinctions in the area of Artificial Intelligence and Prof. Vlahavas is the fifth Greek scientist ever to receive it.
